1. Trade & Wholesale Customers Only

Best Blanks Wholesale supplies craft blanks and materials on a wholesale, business-to-business basis only.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are purchasing for business, resale, or commercial crafting purposes

• You are not acting as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015

Consumer cancellation rights do not apply.

2. Products & Intended Use

Our products are unfinished craft blanks and supplies intended for further processing, customisation, or resale.

You acknowledge that:

• Final results depend on your methods, equipment, materials, and skill

• We are not responsible for finished outcomes, defects caused during customisation, or incorrect application (e.g. heat, pressure, inks, vinyl, resin, or coatings)

We strongly recommend testing products before full production runs.

3. Product Descriptions & Variations

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However:

• Colours may vary due to screen settings and manufacturing batches

• Measurements may vary slightly

• Materials and finishes may differ between batches

Such variations do not constitute a fault.

4. Pricing & VAT

• All prices are shown in GBP (£)

• Prices are inclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise

• VAT is added at checkout where applicable

Prices may change without notice. Prices confirmed at checkout will apply to your order.

5. Orders & Acceptance

An order is only accepted once:

8. Returns, Faults & Incorrect Items

Due to the wholesale nature of our business:

• We do not accept returns for change of mind

• All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

To report a fault or error, you must provide:

• Order number

• Description of the issue

• Clear photographic evidence

Approved returns must be unused and in original condition.
We reserve the right to repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

We accept no responsibility for:

• Damage caused by incorrect temperatures, pressure, chemicals, or tools

• Failed customisation results

• Loss of time, materials, or profit

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied.
