This Shipping Policy outlines how orders placed with Best Blanks Wholesale are processed, dispatched, and delivered.


Trade Customers Only

Best Blanks Wholesale operates on a trade and wholesale basis only. All orders are supplied for business, resale, or commercial crafting purposes.


Order Processing & Dispatch

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

  • RTS Orders placed before 1:00pm (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same working day

  • RTS Orders placed after 1:00pm, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be processed the next working day

  • Dispatch times may vary during busy periods or sales


Dispatch Timeframes by Product Type

Please note that some products require additional preparation time:

  • Ready-to-Ship (RTS) items: dispatched within 1–2 working days

  • Acrylic & wooden blanks: dispatched within 2–3 working days

Dispatch times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume and stock availability.


Delivery Services

We ship orders within the UK mainland using trusted courier services.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order

  • Free UK mainland shipping on orders over £75

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.


Delivery Responsibility & Risk

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order has been delivered.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery information

  • Ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery

We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.


Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

All deliveries must be checked immediately upon receipt.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographic evidence

Claims reported outside this timeframe may not be accepted.


Failed Deliveries & Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Incorrect address details

  • Refusal of delivery

You may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
