This Refund & Returns Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions.
It applies to all purchases made through www.bestblankswholesale.co.uk (“the Website”), operated by Best Blanks Wholesale (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1. Business-to-Business Sales Only
Best Blanks Wholesale supplies goods on a trade and wholesale, business-to-business basis only.
By placing an order, you confirm that:

You are purchasing for business, resale, or commercial crafting purposes

You are not acting as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
As such, consumer cancellation rights do not apply.
2. No Returns for Change of Mind
Due to the wholesale nature of our business:

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind

This includes ordering errors, surplus stock, or items no longer required
Customers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their intended use prior to ordering. We strongly recommend testing products before large production runs.
3. Craft Blanks & Use Disclaimer
Our products are supplied as unfinished craft blanks and materials intended for further processing, customisation, or resale.
We are not responsible for:

Failed or imperfect finished results

Damage caused by incorrect temperatures, pressure, tools, chemicals, inks, vinyl, resin, or coatings

Loss of materials, time, or profit during customisation
Such outcomes do not constitute a fault.
4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If goods arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Your claim must include:

Order number

Description of the issue

Clear photographic evidence (including packaging where relevant)
Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
5. Assessment & Resolution
All reported issues are assessed in line with our Terms and Conditions.
Where a claim is accepted, we may, at our discretion:

Replace the affected item(s)

Repair the item(s), where applicable

Issue a refund for the affected item(s) only
We do not refund entire orders where only part of the order is affected.
6. Return Conditions
Where a return is authorised:

Items must be unused, unmodified, and in original condition

Items must be returned in original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
7. Exclusions & Non-Faults
The following do not constitute faults and are not eligible for refund or replacement:

Natural variations in colour, grain, finish, or material

Minor manufacturing tolerances

Batch variations

Damage caused after delivery
8. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once processing or dispatch has begun, as stated in our Terms and Conditions.
Requests to amend orders must be made as soon as possible and cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.
9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 working days for funds to appear, depending on your payment provider.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our liability in respect of any refund or return is limited to the value of the affected goods supplied, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or business losses.
